Bouke carried out a Lean6Sigma assignment together with a colleague. I got to know him in this project as a pleasant colleague who only needs half a word. Bouke works very independently, looks at the possibilities and looks for solutions for (data) barriers he encounters along the way. He has a good idea of who his stakeholders are, is not afraid to approach them and knows how to use the right style in his communication. He also manages to win over new colleagues as team members to do the job. And not without merit: with insights from the research, we have managed to achieve enormous cost savings and a very positive impact on our Customer Experience.
